We proudly offer shipping services to all governates across Egypt. Once your order is placed, please expect your delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a valid contact number. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.

شكرًا لاختياركم شوكولاتة. نحن ملتزمون بتوصيل هداياكم ومنتجاتكم في أفضل حالة وفي الوقت المحدد.

١. مناطق التوصيل والجدول الزمني

نحن نقدم خدمة التوصيل لجميع أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية. بمجرد تأكيد طلبكم، يتم التوصيل خلال مدة تتراوح بين ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل.

٢. دقة البيانات

العميل مسؤول عن تقديم عنوان توصيل دقيق ورقم هاتف متاح. في حال فشل التوصيل بسبب بيانات خاطئة مقدمة من العميل، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية لإعادة الشحن.
